Mid-Week Run 14ks

Out very late for this run. Wore a long sleeve top as it was 15 degrees and knew straight away that it was too hot for that. Had to role up the sleeves.

Ran around Queens Park and Centennial Park which has a few hills in the run. Stayed a fair bit on the grass and dirt. Shoes were pretty muddy after the run due to the rain in the last week.

Ran 14.5ks in 1:15:22. Average pace of 5:11 per klm. Very slow tonight just didn't feel like running fast.

No harm done in running slow Flakey.
You have to show that dog character a clean set of heels at C2S after all the lip he gives you though!

Dear Paul,

I was worried I may have been a bit hard on you lately.

Then I saw that you have posted sub-55mins as your goal time at C2S.

Even though you got smashed last week, at least you haven't lost your sense of humour.

You make me laugh! What is it you 'bloggies' say ..."LOL"? Ha ha haha.

That mud must slow you down ... not that 5:10 pace is slow!

Is Blue Dog's mum running C2S? I might buy her a shandy afterwards.
