Pretty humid tonight, supposed to have been raining but nothing around at all. Just the cloud hanging in making the humidity stay high.
Ran from home up to Fox Studios and back. Dead flat course.
Ran 5.1ks in the 20 minutes. Average pace of 3:55 per klm.
Did a 1k warmup and a 2k cool down after the session.

It was rather balmy out there last night - geez your floats must have still been a pretty good pace - nice average pace Flakey.
