Did a 2k warmup before starting the session. Still a bit windy and I wasn't cold at all.
Ran these reps along the flat busway along Alison Rd.
The reps were 1:37, 1:38, 1:43, 1:39, 1:41, 1:40, 1:43, 1:39. All done with a 60 second jog recovery between each rep.
Did a 2k cool down after the session.

Hi Pauline.
On Saturday arvo' you will have the chance of a lifetime; being in the same team as my illustrious lil' nipper, Bluey.
I'm sure he will lift for the occasion and perform above and beyond himself in a super-human effort to carry you along with the rest of the team.
It won't be the first time he has faced the adversity of carrying a huge liability like yourself, but I'm positive he'll dig deep and pull out some of that special Anzac fighting spirit which sets him apart from your average run-of-the-mill runner.
Enjoy this special occasion Pauline, it'll be somethin' to tell your grandkids about!
I hope Bluey doesn't drop the batton.
