It took me so long to do a lap of Centennial Park the sun went down while I was out running.
Seriously!
Did a lap of the park on the dirt trail around the outside fence. A very warm 27 degrees when I was out, with the sun going down in the West.
Total was 7.1ks in 38:35. Average pace of 5:26 per klm. Ok for a recovery from Sundays run I guess.

Only 22 down here. When running around the track a while back I'd start with the sun up and have to put my headlamp on to finish the session.
Good work with the recovery.
