Easy One Hour

Legs didn't feel too flash tonight during the run. Ran around the grass track in Centennial Park.
Ran down to Anzac Pde and back home again. Pretty warm and windy as well.

Ran 11.5ks in 1:01:28. Average pace of 5:20 per klm.

A less heavy week again this week as I have the State Relays on this weekend at Olympic Park.
Running a 1500m this time. Should be fun.

Cant understand why your legs didn't feel too flash :-)

So - are you up for a prediction on the 1500 time?

Gee, that makes me feel better to know that fast people like you have runs where you do 5:20 pace.

When exactly are the relays? Who are you running for - Striders? Who else is in your team?

The best legs are the first or last. The advantage of the last is that it starts from the 'normal' 1500 start.

My tip for the 15 is to consciously try and pick up the pace in the third lap - that way you won't lose the 5-10 seconds that's normally lost.
