Long Reps 4x2ks. Total 10ks

It was 13 degrees when I started. Did a 1k warmup and then got into it.

7:46, 7:44, 7:54, 7:52.

Had a 4min walk recovery between each rep.

Did a 1k cool down.

Legs felt very good.

You are running into some form there Superflake. Sunday's run didn't seem to take too much out of you as you have been able to maintain your speed over the longer tougher intervals.

if you can keep up these longer intervals at pace you are going to become a faster runner. Simple. That is a cracker session and gives you the benefits of speed and endurance. Quality with a capital Q. Keep it up mate and catch up soon.
