MLR 14K's

Medium Long Run around Centennial Park, Moore Park, SCG,SFS and back home again.
Ran past NSW beating WA in the one day cricket at the SCG.

Total was 14.1 ks in 68:32. Average pace of 4:51 per klm.

I know Ewen it does say don't sprint or do hills to fix it. Well I hope to last a couple of weeks and then I guess I can survive to Canberra on MP runs and long runs.

Want some more PF ideas?

One good one my pod told me was just before you get out of bed flex the foot/feet back and forth for about 30 secs. And then give the soles a quick massage for the same amount of time. So its just one minute out of your day. I found my PF often threatens to come back and this really helps. He said its also good to do this before you stand up if you've been sitting for a while.

Did R4YL have the broomstick exercise?

Just be wary of it. Early treatment should help. Mine turned bad and stopped me running for 3 weeks.
